Rip off

I purchased this app for the $3.99 when I owned my iphone6. I recently upgraded to iPhone7 plus and used my iCloud to set up my new phone. When I opened this app it wanted me to pay for the full app again and all my downloads were gone. I couldnt find a way to reset it and clicking on app support for me nowhere. What a waste of money!!
